How long will I have to wait for my goods?

The normal processing time is 5-7 working days after receipt of order. However, this may be slightly longer in case of public holidays.

Can I have my goods sent to another address?

When placing an order, you have the option of choosing between an invoice address and a delivery address. We also deliver to packing stations.

Can I have my goods sent to a packing station?

Yes, we work together with DHL. Please understand that we cannot guarantee quality for a storage time of more than 24 hours (e.g. at high or low temperatures).

What are the shipping costs?

Irrespective of the value of the goods, we will only charge you pro rata shipping costs of:

What are the processing and packaging costs?

We do not charge any handling and packaging costs. We also bear most of the shipping costs. (see "How high are the shipping costs?")

When do you deliver?

GLS delivers the goods all day from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery times. If there are problems with delivery, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.



What payment options are there?

In our online shop you can choose between payment by credit card and PayPal. If you would like to pay in advance, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order. The contact details can be found in the legal notice.
