Shipment
The normal processing time is 5-7 working days after receipt of order. However, this may be slightly longer in case of public holidays.
When placing an order, you have the option of choosing between an invoice address and a delivery address. We also deliver to packing stations.
Yes, we work together with GLS. Please understand that we cannot guarantee quality for a storage time of more than 24 hours (e.g. at high or low temperatures).
Irrespective of the value of the goods, we will only charge you pro rata shipping costs of:

We do not charge any handling and packaging costs. We also bear most of the shipping costs. (see "How high are the shipping costs?")
GLS delivers the goods all day from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery times. If there are problems with delivery, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
Payment
In our online shop you can choose between payment by credit card, PayPal - now you can also pay with a credit card function or directly via your Amazon account. If you would like to pay in advance, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order. The contact details can be found in the legal notice.

No, there is no minimum order value. However, up to an order value we charge proportional transport costs of € 4.95.
From an order value of € 25.- we deliver free of charge in Germany.
